I took my sister to McDonald's today. When I gave the cashier a twenty, he rung up my change. I heard him say something like "Uh oh."
"Your change is $13.13. That's straight bad luck!"
Funny guy.

Aaah, I just remembered I have to finish coloring my submission for reign-of-nezuel on dA.. I really, really don't want to finish it. I had a clumsy day at work, too. Broke a test tube and somehow had a defective filtering column. I wonder how that would affect my archaea's DNA on the micro level? With the naked eye, the end result looks the same as any other, but.. !!
I finally found the CD version of Tsubasa's "!Make it Happy!" via
Janelle's blog. I've been listening to the fancam audio of the live version up until now, and I liked it quite a bit, so I expected the actual released version would be the same-- but it's not! When I loaded it up, it was totally poppy, upbeat, and bubbly! It caught me by total surprise, because it reminded me of T+T's Yakusoku -Last-, Kinki's Fu Fu Fu and Brand New Song, and other songs of the like. It also sounded a little off because Tsuba's voice was really low. It's nice, but it was really low, which impresses me. His voice has been getting lower and lower, and I feel that that's quite manly~
I still like the chords and beat of the live version better, as it sounded much calmer and mellow in the fancam, but either way, the song's cute! Naturally I went to look up the lyrics, since I was aware quite a few people translated it, but.. I'm a little shocked at the change of topics the song goes through. From something like "Oh yeah! I'm fighting for my future!" to something like "Of all the other women, I picked you!" then something that sounds like.. sex. lmao. Progressed a bit too much, I think. Not to mention the song is all happy and adorable the whole time. @_@;;
It also seems like Tsubasa likes his name. He uses some form of flying and wing in like, almost everything. If not those, there's a pun about it somewhere. XD
